Finance Director

Finance is an important aspect for a non-profit to serve its objectives. Vasista is guiding the organization toward financial sustainability, managing organizational risks, and ensuring effective financial oversight. Vasista has effectively lead organizations toward financial success and mission impact by following best practices.   

Operations Director

As Operations Director, Nagaraju oversees ICCC’s initiatives and community engagement projects. He brings an innovative approach to curating and managing programs that inspire cross-cultural dialogue and creativity. His role ensures that ICCC's events, festivals, workshops, and collaborative projects run smoothly and have a meaningful impact on participants and communities alike.

Program Director 

With a keen eye for detail and a love for the arts,  Prathima supports the execution of ICCC's programs. From organizing workshops and exhibitions to facilitating artist residencies, she plays a key role in ensuring that every event is well-coordinated and impactful. Over the years, she has been responsible for developing initiatives that encourage community involvement, empowerment, and the use of culture for social transformation.

External Relations Director 

In this pivotal role, Srilatha cultivates and strengthens partnerships with institutions, organizations, and corporations across Europe and India. With expertise in international relations and strategic partnerships, she ensures that ICCC continues to grow its network and build meaningful connections that advance its mission.
